Arrow Alliance’s 401(k) Plan goes live on 4/1/22!
Eligible employees are automatically enrolled with default deferrals at 3% into the Stable Value Fund. Should you choose not to contribute, simply change your deferral to 0%.
Please make sure to register and complete any initial deferral % or account selection changes by next Friday. Plan details can be found on our Benefits Page under 401(k) Plan.
