Under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP), employers may choose to continue offering FFCRA leave to employees, beginning April 1, 2021, and take the corresponding tax credit through September 30.
Outstaffing has elected to implement the FFCRA reset option. So, effective on April 1, Outstaffing will continue offering FFCRA paid sick leave and reset balances with a new bank of time.
