If you received 2 W-2s for 2021, don’t panic! It isn’t a mistake. Due to a decision by the IRS, if you had medical benefits (box 12 on your W-2), a separate W-2 was required to reflect any FFCRA credits received. If you need to reprint your W-2s, they are available on your paylocity account.
