As we run a bi-weekly payroll, there are 26 pay periods a year. However, benefits premiums are collected twice a month in advance, this results in 2 pay periods that don’t have regular premiums collected.
April has a total of 3 pay periods which means that there will be NO benefits premiums collected on the 30 April payday. However any adjustments necessary to bring your benefits premiums current will be made by Outstaffing this pay period (4/30).
